Government Funded works project
When I was on a mission trip to a Central American Country, I noticed men along the side of the roads cutting the grass with machetes, I asked my sponsor who was a MD about them and she said they were full time employees. Is that make work or low paid jobs because of inferior education? Since we were working with a village and school way into the mountains, it became apparent that the state education system (k-8) had dwindling class sizes as the grades progressed, and that basically there was no HS type education unless you had money to send your children to the bigger cities. And in the village it was apparent that there was no money!
During the 30’s my dad and uncle went to CCC camps to work on make work projects.
Soon Obama will be sending poorly educated inner city kids to forest to cut down the bad trees with chain saws to make a public park. They will be supervised by overpaid IVY League grads who can’t find a real job, managed by crony capitalism Government Contractor Construction Company, who have to bid using Union labor rates.

The Construction Company Contractor executives will pay themselves competitive salaries and large bonuses, based on using every government dollar given to them.
The Irony is that you can’t use the new public park because it is gated and closes for lack of funding because of lack of resources related to unfunded pension liabilities.
You see, since we are not really free and responsible for ourselves, we can’t take a walk in the woods without government permission or control.
So the Educated people will have some government funded experience on their resume and they might get a great job at home or with the Government contractor, and then buy a house at a median cost of ($187000.00) in a gated community with open parks and pools; and the (low paid inner city person) Tree Cutter, sign holder, ditch digger or paper shuffler will go back to their community and be told they don’t have any tree cutting jobs.
